Help me get back on my feet

Hello. My name is Adam and as you can see from my xray of my foot I have unfortunately gotten hurt. I didn't have any insurance when the injury happen and that's making it very hard to find the help I need. For example,  I'm supposed to be getting physical therapy currently four times a week and no one will help me without first playing $400 upfront. I haven't been able to work almost all year and my funds have been depleted trying to keep a roof over my head. I'm asking from the bottom of my heart for help to get back on my feet literally.
