Donations to help Don King

Two weeks ago, and for the first time in his adult life, Don King became ill and was unable to work. He though it was his bad back gotten worse. In reality his colon had grown together with, and was leaking into his bladder; causing intense pain and fever. To fix this, will require surgery and several weeks of recovery. Anyone who has known Don over the last three decades, knows how generous he has been towards his friends. Whether it was raising money for someone who was in an accident, lost a loved one, or who had gotten sick; or loaning that extra car or extra bedroom he always seemed to have…..DK has always been there to help. He’s donated tons of cloths to the Battered Woman’s Shelter, always been there, truck in hand, to help friends move (usually from the third floor), and cleaned out apartments for friends who have passed away when no one else would help. DK’s generosity has never had a limit. If Don had a nickel for every dollar he had loaned to to his friends, he’d be a rich man. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Now, he needs a little help. As most of you know, in DK’s business, if you don’t work you don’t get paid. When this is all said and done he will have gone several months without an income and have huge medical and personal bills to pay. So please, if DK has ever bought you a drink, gotten you a reservation, a ticket to a concert or sporting event, a place at the front of the line, let you borrow his car, stay at his house, loaned you money, raised money for you and or a friend in need, or touched your life in any positive way…..
