Eye Surgery for Ziba

My beautiful little dog, Ziba, has recently lost her eyesight due to the almost overnight development of cataracts. There is a relatively simple surgery that could fix her eyesight, but it is $5,000. She is such a sweet little dog and is only 7 years old so I want to try and fix this for her if I can.  I am asking for whatever help you can provide in raising funds to help pay for the surgery so that my little girl can see again!
