Eye surgery for my brother

Per Emil was born with occular albinism which means that his eye vision is poor. This diagnosis also includes a condition called nystagmus, resulting in his eyes moving back and forth, which makes a clear vision even more difficult.
Per Emil is a happy boy with good grades at school despite his poor vision. But of course I want my brother to have the best life possible and we have been lucky enough to find Dr Richard Hertle. He is the best eye surgeon in the world for people with my brothers diagnosis.
The doctors at Oslo University Hospital in Norway highly recommend dr Hertle. A surgery performedby dr Hertle at his hospital in Akron, Ohio might improve my brothers vision up to 100% from what his situation is today.
Per Emil is almost two years younger than me and both my older sister, Marthine and I love him very much and we want him to succeed with everything in his life.
My parents applied for financial help from the Norwegian health authorities for the surgery in the USA. But the government declined the application even though Norway is far behind Dr. Hertle in both skill and experience for this kind of delicate surgery. We now have to pay for everything ourselves.
Per Emil´s dream is to become an aircrafttechnician since he already knows almost everything there is to know about aircrafts. In order to achieve his dream he needs to get surgery done by dr Hertle and we would greatly appreciate any contribution for our brother.
