Riley’s Fight

Daniel Bragoli former Halesowen captain and Gary Pye and Steven Flood are doing a bike ride on the Saturday 31st October from West Bromwich Albion FC to Notts County Fc approximately 60 miles for a little boy named Riley.
Riley who is 8 years old! was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme (brain tumour) in feb this year in January of the year he had a seizure on the way back from school he was immediately blue lighted into Russells Hall Hospital after spending a few days there he was taken for an MRI where they found a tumour in the left thalamus of his brain we were devastated, he was then moved to Birmingham childrens where he had surgery to remove 40% they could only get that if they took any more it would no longer be Riley. Then while waiting for radiotherapy to start he started showing signs of hydrocephalus to which he had to have an emergency operation to install a shunt, after his op he started radiotherapy because of the delay and Covid 19 he had to complete a short high dose radiotherapy for 15 sessions. He finally came out of Birmingham at the end of April and then 6 weeks later started Chemotherapy which he is currently on now. His mum has been looking into clinical trials and has found there are none in the uk that have shown any results, they have contacted a clinic in Germany which makes peptide vaccines for Riley's type of tumour its a vaccine every 6 weeks for 2 years but there is a price tag as  its not covered by NHS.  Please any donation big or small we want this boy to have the best chance of beating this horrendous disease .
We need to raise £55000 for the treatment so anything will help.
