Who are we?
Exuberance is a creative arts and wellness festival based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Our commitment is to provide a resource for holistic education, ecology, trauma resolution, and spiritual practice. Core values central to our work include: mindfulness, community, multiculturalism, creative expression, collaboration, health, equality, accessibility, justice, and respect and care for Mother Earth.
Your Support:
This year in response to COVID-19, we are taking our mission online. In choosing to support our Go Fund Me, you are also choosing to support the healers, artists, musicians, yogis, teachers, plant experts and so many others who truly embody the qualities of Exuberance in their work.
Where your money will go:
- Putting on our virtual festival "Explore the Portal" on June 20-21
- Sponsoring great New Orleans musicians to headline
- Paying locally based teachers and facilitators with a goal of offering up to 40 diverse workshops and classes
- Compensating core team members
- Making a promotional video
- Building a website to host our event, with high-speed live streaming
- Graphic design for our site
We are committed to standing in our ethical responsibility to:
- Exceptional sliding-scale programming
- Access to vital health resources disguised as pure fun
- Prioritizing PoC (people of color) collaborators, artists, teachers, etc.
- Providing a community hub to New Orleans, the Gulf South, and beyond
