Help with Jackie's Medical Fund

As some of you may or may not know, my wife, Jackie Segura, was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease 5 years ago. She was also recently diagnosed with a rare breathing disorder called Perry Syndrome which is associated with Parkinson's. She is only 1 of 50 worldwide diagnosed with this disease. There is no cure for these diseases just treatments that can help assist with her quality of life.
Several months ago, she suffered Acute Respiratory Failure and has been in and out of hospitals since. During her hospital stays she was found to be a candidate for a diaphragmatic pacemaker and had one implanted this past summer.
Our insurance has helped pay some of the medical bills but does not cover all medical expenses. Our savings and income have helped pay the co-pays, doctor's bills and travel costs to a degree. However, with the recurring costs for home health aides and tube feeding formulas, it has been a difficult managing the bills yet also ensuring the best care for my wife.
I am asking if people could please help support us by donating (even $5) and sharing with your friends and family. We appreciate any amount we can get.
