<div>Hi, my name is Amelia and I am fundraising to go on a school expedition to Costa Rica, where I will be helping out the local community there and learning about the importance of bio diversity. Some of my jobs will be building, cooking and restoring native plants. I will also be given the opportunity to learn how to scuba dive and will gain a lifelong certification. It is strongly encouraged that I fund raise for this and this is part of the experience. The funds raised will go towards the costs of this once in a lifetime opportunity and will give me the experience to show my commitment to a goal, which will help me in the future.

<div>I will be attempting to walk 800 miles in 2026, as this is the same distance as the perimeter of the Costa Rican border.

<div>I will keep you updated as I go. Wish me luck!
