<div><strong>Help Someone Heal from Within — Expand Nisala Meditation Hall, Sri Lanka</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Will you help someone heal from within?</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Imagine someone who has carried the sorrow of losing a loved one for years. Someone who comes home to an empty house and feels the ache of loneliness. Someone who keeps fulfilling their responsibilities while quietly longing for a moment of peace.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Perhaps you know someone like this. Perhaps you recognise something of yourself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We cannot change what a person has lost. But we can help create a place where they have time to pause, meet their feelings with awareness, and explore a gentler relationship with themselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Would you help make room for someone to begin that journey—and discover their inner light through meditation?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A quiet refuge in the mountains
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In the peaceful mountains of Udadumbara, Sri Lanka, Nisala Foundation offers a space for meditation, silence, self-observation, and spiritual growth. <a href="https://www.nisala.org" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.nisala.org</a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>People come from different backgrounds and circumstances. Some seek deeper meditation practice. Others arrive longing for clarity, carrying emotional heaviness, or simply needing time away from the pressures of everyday life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Under Acharin’s guidance, participants explore meditation practices and direct pointing-out teachings within a supportive retreat environment. There is time to sit quietly, observe the movements of the mind, and become more present to their own experience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Inner healing is personal. It cannot be promised or rushed. Yet having the space, time, and guidance to turn inward can be a meaningful beginning.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Nisala retreats and meditation programmes are offered on a donation basis, helping people participate regardless of their financial circumstances. Giving is voluntary; a person’s ability to donate does not determine their welcome.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your generosity helps us preserve this openness.
</div>
<div><br />

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>When someone seeks peace, we want to have room</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our current meditation hall accommodates approximately 50 people.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Limited space means that sincere applicants sometimes have to be turned away. Someone may have arranged time away from work, gathered the courage to attend their first retreat, or hoped to return for deeper practice—only to find that there is no place available.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We want to be able to welcome more of them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That is why we are expanding the meditation hall to accommodate up to 250 meditators, alongside dormitory and related residential retreat facilities.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Construction is already underway. We now need further support to continue the work and bring this larger space closer to completion.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Behind the plans, materials, and construction work is a simple purpose: making room for people.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Room for someone living with loss to spend a few days in quiet reflection. Room for someone feeling lonely to practise alongside others. Room for a sincere seeker to deepen their awareness under Acharin’s guidance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The expanded hall will also serve future generations—people we have not yet met, who may one day come to Nisala seeking stillness, understanding, or a new direction in life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Your kindness has already helped us begin</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed so far.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our campaign goal: £17,000</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution represents someone choosing to support a place of meditation and peace. Together, these gifts have helped move the project forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Further donations will support the next steps in construction. As funds become available, we can continue the work in stages, moving closer to welcoming more participants.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised through this campaign will support:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Slab work and structural construction.
</div>
<div>Roofing, walls, flooring, and essential finishing.
</div>
<div>Building materials and labour.
</div>
<div>Dormitory and basic residential retreat facilities.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our aim is to create a simple, peaceful, practical environment where people can stay and devote themselves to meditation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Help make room for someone’s journey. If this purpose speaks to your heart, please donate today.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You might choose to give £15, £30, £60, or £120, or another amount that feels right for you. Every contribution is appreciated and will support the construction work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your gift helps create the conditions for someone to step away from daily distractions and explore what lies within. You may never meet that person or hear their story, but you can help make a place available when they are ready to come.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are not in a position to donate at this time, please share this campaign with friends, family, meditation groups, or others who value inner peace. Your message may reach someone who would welcome the opportunity to help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Thank you for taking a moment to read our story, and for considering the people this hall could welcome.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Will you help us make room for someone to find stillness, reconnect with themselves, and discover their inner light?</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With heartfelt gratitude,
</div>
