Let's Get Him Home

At age 79, my grandpa's thoughts never included worrying about sicknesses. He has not only been a strong soul, but he has been physically strong as well. All of a sudden, the most invincible man you have grown accustomed to see cannot avoid the venoumes snake that is cancer. My grandpa has been a great husband,father, grandfather, friend, uncle, etc. He is a man who's always prided himself in his work from working in the fields during the times of Cesar Chavez, to laborer at 55 years old,cement worker at age 69, and to always working his lands with his own hands and sweat up in the mountain sides of Nayarit. He is now in a moment facing death. Exequiel has made a request to his family that he be taken back to his land; to the mountain side where his final breaths can be of moist dirt, fresh pine, and sounds of thunderstorms in the distance. Unfortunately, he cannot do air travel and must travel by land at this point. Cancer sucks and this comes to show it can hit out of nowhere. Please help us grant this final wish with assisting in any way possible for his journey. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
