helping to pay bills

My name is Nathan I was a truck driver by trade and concession operator on the side in June I stepped on a nail while at the Kosciusko co fair by the next week it was infected and I was admitted to st joseph regional med center in plymouth indiana the infection entered my blood stream effecting my kidneys and small intestine the wound on my foot developed into 4 different holes I was released home on bed rest and being treated 3 times a week at the wound healing center in plymouth indiana by Dr Brian piazza it was then determined that I needed surgery to remove the infected part and then I was hooked up to a wound vac machine that I carry with me everyday and attended to 3 times a week at the wound healing center it was then determined I needed hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment 3 hours a day 5 days a week an now at the end of the month they will place a bio matrix graph in the wound so it's obvious I haven't been able to work or have any income I am new to asking for help but I m now getting food stamps and have applied for my disability my bills are behind now and my vehicle has broke a timing chain so I have no transportation thank u for reading my story and please if u know someone with diabetes tell them to take good care of their feet and to those that have already helped me no matter how small words cannot express the thanks I owe to u and I hope that one day God grants me the ability to repay u on some way
