Support Sarah Snideman dental fund

Hello Friends, Family, and Friends of Friends,
As a lifelong friend of the Snideman family, I am writing to ask all of you to join me in making a donation to Sarah Snideman's Dental Fund. While attending her second year of medical school at George Washington University some years ago, Sarah had a series of strokes which turned out to be stemming from a vascular tumor called a Cavernous Angioma. The tumor was removed in the fall of 2003 which left Sarah mentally incapacitated and in need of perpetual long term care and support. After the recent loss of both of her parents, Sarah's brothers Keats and Franz have assumed the responsibility of her extensive care needs and are attempting to address the myriad challenges faced by someone in Sarah's situation.
As a result of years of neglect for her oral hygene, Sarah is now dealing with major dental problems and needs a substantial amount of work which is not covered by either her Medicare or Medicaide. She urgently needs a number of fillings, crowns, root canals, and bridgework to prevent the loss of many of her teeth. The total cost will be $12,000.00 however a friend and client of Keats', Dr. Greg Hatch DDS, has generously offered to perform the necessary dental work and match every dollar raised. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of Dr. Hatch, that brings the total goal for this fund to $6,000.00 which will cover the remainder of Sarah's dental expenses.
Please consider making a donation to help this family meet these challenging expenses on Sarah's behalf. This is an urgent situation that requires immediate intervention to prevent further damage or loss of teeth. Sarah has been through a great deal since the tumor was removed inlcuding the loss of her independence, her parents, and her dream of becoming a doctor. Sarah is aware of her dental problems and is very much hoping to avoid the loss of more teeth.
