Get Charlie a Bemer System

Charlie has had chronic back issues over the past few years including a surgery in 2010. Two weeks ago he was hospitalized in unbearable pain. The diagnoses is two more herniated disks. The doctor recommends another surgery but insurance has denied any procedures. (I guess it is ok for a man in his 40's with 5 kids to be immobile.)
