Buddys vet bills

my dog got out on halloween night and he ended up getting hit by a car and whoever hit him took him to emergency vet and then the took him to pound so when we got the call that he was found we went to pick him up not knowing that he was hit. we took him to Vet immediately for his injuries and were told it  would be $730 just seeing if there is anyone that can help with that because we literally just lost my wifes mom and I have been out of work for past 2 weeks due to a badly sprained ankle.
