Let us introduce you to DANI NIEDERHAUSER. Our favorite daughter, sister, grandaughter, girlfriend, aunt and MOTHER. She is 27 years old, is the mother of two beautiful children and works full time for Banfield Pet Hospital taking care of our 4 legged family members.
DANI needs our help. She has been diagnosed with KERATOCONUS. KERATOCONUS is an eye disease that affects the cornea. DANI has this disease in both eyes. Her condition is considered moderate at this time, but could progress to where she would need cornea transplants in both eyes. There is a new procedure called CROSS-LINKING that would stop any new progression. Unfortunately, insurance will not cover this new procedure. This procedure is fairly expensive and payment is required up front. That is where WE come to the rescue. We would like to get this procedure done for DANI at her current age of 27 so that she would not have to face cornea transplants in the future.
