Jeffrey Watkins

Jeffrey Watkins is my 20 year old cousin. He was in a serious accident on August 28. He now suffers with a broken neck and severed spinal cord, he is paralyzed from the chest down. He was moved to Tirr's in Houston from ICU in Tyler on September 19th. He was moved to Herman in Houston due to pneumonia. He is also only able to breath 50% on his own.
