Evras UK Medical Bills

Hi everyone. My son, Evra & I, took a trip to the UK in November to visit and meet extended family, where he got very sick with a chest infection in the hospital for 5 days. We had to extend our trip. The emergency hospital fee was free as the NHS covers emergency stays but not the admission fee which is 1418.23 British Pounds equalling to 2457.86 Canadian Dollars. Travel Insurance would not cover the admission fee. Evra has had health problems for the majority of his life and has recently been diagnosed with asthma. He gets sick very often.
It is very possible that if I don't pay this bill by May 31st 2024 that the NHS will deny myself and possibly Evra entry to the United Kingdom. I was born there and am a citizen and want to make my son a citizen too.
We are a low income family and just want to provide the best future for Evra.
