<div>At Evolution Gym, we see it every day — people battling their fears. For some, it’s lifting their first weight. For others, it’s simply walking through the door.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s why me and my brother are taking things to the extreme… a 15,000ft skydive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The challenge?
</div>
<div>My brother is absolutely terrified of heights.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But that’s exactly the point.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Fear holds people back in all areas of life. It might not be jumping out of a plane… it might be starting the gym, improving your health, or opening up about your mental wellbeing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sometimes, you just have to face it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re doing this in support of Mindset Bro’s Isle of Wight — a mental health charity doing incredible work helping men who are struggling in silence. They’re building a community, encouraging people to speak up, and helping others take that first step forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If my brother can step out of a plane at 15,000 feet… then maybe someone else can take that first step into the gym, or reach out for help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’d really appreciate any support. Every donation goes towards helping others face their fears and improve their mental health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your support.
