<div>Fear holds people back in all areas of life. It might not be jumping out of a plane… it might be starting the gym, improving your health, or opening up about your mental wellbeing.

<div>We’re doing this in support of Mindset Bro’s Isle of Wight — a mental health charity doing incredible work helping men who are struggling in silence. They’re building a community, encouraging people to speak up, and helping others take that first step forward.

<div>If my brother can step out of a plane at 15,000 feet… then maybe someone else can take that first step into the gym, or reach out for help.
