After speaking with the insurance company today, my mom has told me and I am humbled to say that the insurance company is only covering very minimal of the total loss. They covering a quarter of hotel stays. And the check to be written is no where near sufficient enough to cover a new home, everything inside it, hotel stays and food. My mom had spent years upgrading her home and worked hard to make sure the kids had above and beyond, and the insurance company has said that she would be considered under-insured and there is nothing that they can do to make up the extra loss.
I am saddened to hear the tears from my mom, the loss that she will never get back, and I am simply asking that any and all support is more then greatly appreciated.

I'm hoping this page will continue to help her and my three young siblings get back on there feet and in a new home for the holidays as insurance is not being a big help at this tragic time.
Today November 11th 2017 my mother's home with three young children living here was destroyed in an accidental fire. Jacob and Jenna were thankfully able to get everyone in the home out safe, including the 20 month old grandson that was napping, and a dog. But my family has lost EVERYTHING in this home. My siblings and mother only have the clothes on their backs. The house is a total loss they have nothing left of the home. They have no clothes, no toys, no necessities, essentials, food, lost all childhood pictures and memories. They are currently staying at a hotel and the future is uncertain at this time. The house is covered under insurance but it is unknown what will be covered, or how long it will be till they receive anything from insurance. They have to start completely over right before the holidays. Any donations are greatly appreciated whether on this page or seperatley to the family with clothes, toys, toiletries, food etc. The kids sizes are girls and boys size 10, and boys size 5 also women's clothes size 8 or medium. Kids ages are 10, 9 and 5. Thanks so much in advance. Anything is greatly appreciated.
