Everyone needs a place to belong

EVERYONE NEEDS A PLACE TO BELONG The House of Children provides essential support and education to children in Arusha Tanzania. This fundraising project will allow the organization to complete the purchase of a plot of land on which to build housing  and a community center to support activities for uplifting and empowering children in great need of support. An initial down payment of $1500. has already been donated and used to secure the property for 6 months. The remaining payment of 3500.00 will confer ownership of the land to the House of Children. By donating you are joining with others who share your interest and commitment to the welfare of all children. You will be directly helping to provide the House of Children a permanent place to belong. This, in turn, will allow the HoC to provide a place to belong for many more children in need who will grow and develop and be empowered to thrive and contribute in their community.  All donations are needed by November 18,2020. The organizers, volunteers and supporters  of House of Children will be immensely grateful for your assistance in fulfilling their dream to provide a Place to belong for children in need. CELEBRATING SUCCESS All contributors are invited to attend a joyful celebration of community and humanity on Sunday November 22 at 10:00am EST on Zoom. There will be live traditional Tanzanian music and dance performed by Shamsila, the founder of House of Children, and his friends. Old Time American music will be performed by banjo player Hilarie Burhans and Friends. We will  be joined by children in the HoC program who will  share their talents.
