<div>This summer I’m grateful to be part of the Young Women’s Leadership Challenge (YWLC), a program through the Pangea Network that inspires young women to step up as leaders, advocates, and change-makers in their communities.

<div>As part of YWLC, I’m taking on a “Take Action Challenge”, a project that focuses on an issue I care deeply about. For me, that issue is eating disorders and body dysmorphia.

</div>

<div>These struggles affect millions of people, especially teenagers, and it's something that I see every day at school. They don't just affect physical health. They also impact confidence, mental health, and the ability to truly enjoy life. I want to be part of the change by raising awareness and supporting organizations already making a difference.

<div>Fighting eating disorders means more than treatment. It’s about education, prevention, breaking the stigma, and reminding people that every body is beautiful, valuable, and worthy of love.

</div>

<div>Through this fundraiser, I’ll be supporting groups that provide recovery resources, run awareness programs, and advocate for better mental health care. Most importantly, they let people know they aren’t alone.
