<div><strong>LIAM'S STORY</strong>
</div>
<div>My name is Liam Gray, and I am a suicide survivor.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Myself and my wife Jo, setup the charity Live Great Adventures to support people with there mental health and help to raise awareness around suicide prevention.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On 23rd March I am heading to Everest Base Camp on our 17 day suicide awareness trek "17 hugs for 17 lives" which signifies the people that sadly lose their life to suicide each day in the UK - I will hug 17 people each day of the trek and talk to them about mental health &amp; raise awareness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This campaign is so close to my heart, having been lost in the darkness for so many years battling with my own mental health struggles and consequences of poor lifestyle choices.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Having survived such an ordeal, I feel it is my duty to help as many people as I can find their way back to the light once again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Looking back at my former self, I could never have imagined prepping to go and explore Nepal in all its glory. I couldn't see past the 24 hrs I was in back then. I was lost. I now hope to show others what's possible when we begin to believe in ourselves again. When we treat ourselves with kindness and love. Forgiving our past and embracing the personal journey of healing and recovery. We each have our own trials and tribulations we must face.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm happy to share my story if it helps save another life.
</div>
<div>It gives purpose to my pain. A purpose filled life is a great life indeed. We are all worthy of greatness. It's down to us to explore what our great is.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your support. Be sure to follow my journey. God bless, Liam.

</div>
<div><strong>WHAT DO LIVE GREAT ADVENTURES DO?</strong>
</div>
<div>Live Great Adventures provide support for people through a variety of indoor &amp; outdoor events, groups and courses all focused around mental health, well-being &amp; suicide education and awareness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We work closely alongside an amazing organisation called The Elliot Project who provide mental health first aid courses and support for people who need it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All monies raised will be used to support these two amazing causes. Together we have one goal in mind, to educate the wider community and provide them with the tools required to help those struggling in a mental health crisis.
</div>

</div>
<div>Any donations or shares are greatly appreciated.
</div>
<div>YOU are saving lives!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you!
