Evelynn Grace

Lauren gave birth to beautiful Evelyn Grace on friday Jan. 23rd. Since then she has been unable to breathe on her own. It has been a battle since day one for little Evelynn and also for her parents Lauren and Jon. Both have dealt with their own fair share of struggles and now facing what no parent should ever have to. Seeing their baby girl struggle to breathe and survive.
