Evan & Nikki's Embryo Transfer

As all of you know, we are officially in the phase to start our embryo transfer cycle. However, at our appointment to determine which embryo(s) would be transferred, we came to a haulting stop when we found out that there was an unexpected problem with our insurance and that we now had a large sum left to pay for our IVF cycle that they neglected to inform us about. What we thought had been completely covered between many phone calls and careful observation with our insurance coverage, what we've continued to save for and pay out of pocket, and the gracious monetary donations that we had already received, we not only were left with a huge bill from our IVF cycle but now are heartbroken to know that our FET (frozen embryo transfer) will receive no coverage at all. We are devastated to have come this far, worked tirelessly to cover ourselves financially through this whole process, to be put on hold right before the actual transfer, which should have been the most exciting time during this journey. We of course are looking into every avenue possible to get as much covered, but would be so appreciative of absolutely any monetary donations any of our family and friends are willing to give. Even the smallest little bit goes such a long way. We will continue to keep everyone updated and are hopeful that we get to keep our August transfer date.
