Evan Levy's Park Bench Plaque

In memoriam of Evan Levy who recently passed away, I’d like to get a small plaque placed on the bench closest to the 3017 building in Ewen park.  I have contacted the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation to make the arrangements.  This service is called Adopt a bench.   It allows us to place a small plaque on the bench as a memorial.  When we adopt the bench in Ewen Park, we can add a personalized message or inscription on a small plaque.  The bench adoptions support the upkeep and maintenance of the particular bench for the next 10 years.

I often remembered Evan sitting on the bench drinking coffee, smoking a cigar and chatting with his neighbors.  His passing was unexpected.  He will be missed but never forgotten.
