Urgent Appeal: Help My Family Survive in Gaza
Donation protected
Dears,
My name is Said Enaia, originally from Gaza, currently residing in Ireland. I am reaching out to you with an urgent and heartfelt request to help me secure the survival of my family, who are trapped in the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
Since the outbreak of the conflict over 400 days ago, my family has been living in constant fear and instability. They have experienced the destruction of their homes and have been displaced multiple times within Gaza. My father, Mohamed Ena, my mother, Suad Ena, and my siblings—Hassan Ena, Youssef Ena, and Marwan Ena, along with their families—have been forced to flee the northern parts of Gaza and seek refuge in the south, in places like Khan Yunis and Deir al-Balah.
The situation has become increasingly critical. The destruction in Gaza City left them with nothing—no home, no means of earning a living, and minimal access to basic necessities like food, medicine, and water. They are currently living in tents, under unbearable conditions, with the constant threat of airstrikes and bombings. The siege and the recent bombing of the Rafah crossing have made evacuation nearly impossible.
For over 400 days, they have been moving back and forth, narrowly escaping death each time. The hope of escaping Gaza has faded, but they still need urgent financial support to survive. Your donations will help provide them with the basic necessities they have lost, including food, medicine, clothing, and temporary shelter.
My family members currently trapped in Gaza include:
My father, Mohamed Enaia
My mother, Suad Enaia
My brother, Hassan Enaia, his wife Iman, and their three children (Ali, 6; Karim, 3; Maria, 2)
My brother, Youssef Enaia, his wife Hiba, and their daughter Misk
My brother, Marwan Enaia, his wife Ola Lubb, and their daughter Sham
They are exhausted, traumatized, and have already lost everything—their home, community, and sense of safety. Every donation you provide will go directly to securing their survival. It will help them rebuild their lives in the face of overwhelming adversity.
I am doing everything I can from here in Ireland, but the financial burden is beyond what I can manage alone. I am humbly asking for your support. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a critical difference in ensuring my family's survival. Please share this message with others who may be able to help.
I send money to my sister who is in the Sultanate of Oman via Western Union, then she deposits the amount into her account at the Bank of Palestine, and then she sends it to them into their account at the Bank of Palestine, and then they take the money with a deduction of the cash percentage because cash is not easily available.
Thank you for your time, compassion, and support during this incredibly difficult period.
With sincere gratitude,
Said Enaia
