Hi, my name is Roxy, I’m a support worker for Charlie, he is nearly 18 years old he has a life limiting condition called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy . ( you can google this). This weekend we’ve been making fabulous memories with Charlie at the Calvert trust, He has loved every minute of it, He wants to do it again next year but this would cost over £2000 because of the care and support he needs.
