Education for Coaching

Im a native Iowan who moved to California a little over a year and a half ago. I am a coach of the beautiful game and I have been presented with an opportunity to tour, watch, and connect with coaches and academy teams at some of the well known and prestigious clubs in Europe, such as FC Barcelona as well as a coaching course at TOVO. As of right now in my life the means to attend educational events for the game has been elusive. As with many people, I have had my own battles with student loans all the while trying to pursue that which I am passionate about. With this opportunity, my goal is to experience all I can while and soak up as much information and detail to hopefully transmit into my coaching for youth players in America. I hope to be able to learn from some of the best and share with these kids not just the futbol but life lessons as well. Anything helps and I will be writing about the experience if I am able to go.
