Hi Everyone! The Eureka Community Herbal Self Care Clinic was founded in The Humboldt Area Center for Harm Reduction (HACHR for short) By Corinna and is now lead by Bird. With help from volunteers and local herbalists we have been able to keep the clinic active for almost a year! we would like to continue our work and so we are now doing a fundraiser to continue helping folks in need.
Our job at the Eureka Community Herbal Self Care Clinic is to provide Herbal solutions for our clients when faced with ailments that come from living on the streets. Sometimes we see more than we can provide help for, but we work with the clients to help them move forward in their path here on the earth. Humboldt County has a large population of Herbalists and Healers and we seek to bring the community together through our love of plants.
What this money will help with~
Providing Healing Herbal Tea to the unhoused or underhoused.
Packaging and supplies (Bottles, jars, labels, bags, etc) We would also like a new airpot.
Herbal remedies like salves, balms and tinctures that may help prevent disease and infections.
Continuing work in our HACHR location and giving small stipends to Community Herbalists for transportation and time.
Disposable cups, honey, tea bags and filters ~ items that are needed for our outreach work.
This will help keep us going into the Summer, and help us to help others!
