Team Tiffany

Tiffany Sullivan was diagnosed with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue in August 2014. She is beginning a very aggressive treatment regimen at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. She has started chemotherapy which will be followed with additional testing. She will then undergo tongue surgery and reconstruction along with a radical neck dissection to remove all the lymph nodes in her neck. Tiffany will then receive 6 weeks of radiation treatment and possibly additional chemotherapy, as well as speech therapy. The treatment, recovery, and therapy plan is estimated to last approximately 1 year if all goes well as planned. Tiffany works as a medical practice manager and will have to be away from her job a great amount of time over the next year. She will therefore be in great need of help with medical expenses, travel expenses between here and Houston as well as living expenses. Some of her friends are working together to organize various fundraisers.
