Zach’s Recovery

UPDATE: Zach has finished his detox program and was accepted into rehab today at Recovery Unplugged encore. The money we’ve raised so far bought him one week in rehab!! He may be able to stay longer if we keep raising money, so let’s keep it going!! His mom was told they will evaluate his situation at the end of the week and we are still looking into all his options. Thank you so much for your support so far. He thanks you all so much and is in good spirits!


Hey guys! So for those who don’t know, Zach Hamilton is currently in Detox at a facility called “Recovery Unplugged”
He is currently seeking further treatment and help. This program
is geared towards his sobriety with a heavy music influence . He has been struggling with alcoholism and severe anxiety/depression for years and has been addicted to anti anxiety meds (prescribed by his doctor) for about 8yrs. They recently did blood work and found his liver is not doing well. It was 100% his decision to go to rehab & so far he’s doing great and is in good spirits. He’s actively seeking further treatment and super willing to continue to the next step which is a 30 day in-patient program. Right now, we’re asking for donations since rehab is VERY expensive and he doesn’t have insurance, nor can afford to continue treatment on his own. Any amount helps get him to his goal and he thanks each and every one of you for your support and help during this time. If you don’t already know, he is wildly talented as a musician and sushi chef and he’s one of the most creative, curious, sweetest people I know. He really needs his friends and family right now to be there for him and lift him up. Mental health is something we all strive to have a grasp on but it doesn’t come easy, especially when you feel alone. We love you Zach and we’re here for you!!!
