Ethel Ann Smith Burial Fund

On January 30th, 2018 , we lost a beloved member of our family.  Ethel Ann Smith, who went to be with our Lord in Heaven joining other family members that preceeded her in death.  Her daughter commented that " she was met by an army of loved ones" as she embarked on her journey behind the veil.   Ethel was fun loving , kind and sweet natured in life and she  will be missed by all those who know and love her.   As a family we are trying to raise money to cover the cost of burial expenses and to give Ethel a respectful , loving, final resting place.  We have been given an estimate for the  cost of services from Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home in Yoakum .  The plan is to use all donations recieved toward that expense.  If you are considering  sending flowers , we ask that you use the money that would be spent on an arrangement to help cover the costs for the burial expenses.   Any amount given will help the family reach it goal of $2700.00 .  Cremation is  scheduled for this week and we will be collecting donations until the total amount is raised.   Any donation will be truly appreciated and put toward the cost of lessening the financial burden for immediate family members, who were left with no access to insurance policies or burial arrangements .
Continued prayers of strength and comfort  for her remaining siblings Pat Towsend and Ruth Mueller along with her 3 children Karen Sue, Liz and James will be appreciated as well.
