Ethan's Room and Things destroyed

On July 4th my dear friend Ethan's room was completely destroyed by water damage including many of her belongings. Among the stress of losing what little she has reaccumulated from her recent move across country, she has also lost her place to live until it can be rebuilt. However, an added stress is that her landlords are not seeming to consider the severity of the damage and are simply "patching" the issues and she needs new, safer housing. This displaces her and her dog (who was luckily was not hurt, but was in the room and shooken up by the ceiling collapsing.) Lets help Ethan get back on her feet, replace what was lost, and find a moldless and structurally sound room to live in.
