<div>We will establish a 4 year $1,000 annual scholarship available to students in or from the Lowell area. Reaching this goal requires an $80,000 investment fund in our Rotary Club of Lowell Community Foundation. Thank you to Rotary members that have raised $40,000 over the last few weeks!
