<div>It focuses on three main components:

<div><strong>1. Rotational breathing</strong> Scoliosis doesn’t just bend the spine—it also twists the rib cage. Schroth breathing expands the “collapsed” side of the ribs, creating space so the vertebrae don’t keep rotating.

<div><strong>2. Specific muscle activation</strong> It strengthens the weak muscles and stretches the tight ones that are pulling the spine into the curve. Each exercise is customized for the exact curve pattern (like thoracic, lumbar, double curve, etc.).

<div><strong>3. Postural re-education (auto-elongation) </strong>They teach her to “grow upward” and realign the spine, ribs, and pelvis. This reduces collapse and improves symmetry. ⸻
