I have lived in severe pain for several years.  What I did not know was two disc were pushing down on my spinal cord.  This was causing pain, weakness and numbness in my left arm.

I went months doing physical therapy trying to get the pain, weakness and numbness under control to no avail.  The realization was I had to have surgery doing a Pandemic and so we moved forward, hoping for a chance at normalcy again.

They had to take out two desk and replace them with two titanium disc, they  were then fused with titanium brackets to hold them together.  After the surgery I was still dealing with the pain of my arm and a new issue of my neck being in pain.  Moving my neck around is hard because of the pain and now with the muscles that they moved around in my neck causes more pain.

This pain cause issues in my life and has impacted my work.

My job is impacted because I am not able to perform like I did before. I have recently been demoted ... which then resulted in losing my job.  The fund  will help me get back into physical therapy to get back where I was before the surgery.

Physical therapy will hopefully strengthen me and  get the pain under control so I can work. This Surgery was expensive and I could not continue the physical therapy.  I'm struggling to stay afloat and asking for help to get my life back and help me to heal so I can work at full steam ahead again.
