Ernie's Fight-Cruising for a Cure

Let me take a minute to introduce you to a proud husband, father, grandfather and father-in-law.
Ernest (Ernie) Scott has been living his dream life in Tennessee with his wife Patty since relocating from New Jersey after retirement. Not wanting to be left behind, his son Ernie Jr (Bud) and daughter Jennifer followed and bought their own homes not too far from Mom and Dad. Since moving to Tennessee just a few short years ago, Ernie has gained 2 grandchildren from Ernie Jr. and his wife, Theresa and a new Son-in-Law after giving Jennifer away in June.
On July 31st, Ernie had trouble remembering simple tasks such as tying his shoes, then later started slurring his words. Ernie was rushed to the hospital where they found he has lung cancer that has spread to the brain.
Ernie and his family have a fight on their hands but Ernie is fighter and knows his faith with pull him through! He has been accepted in Cancer Treatment Centers in Atlanta. Even best case, there is a long road of healing ahead.
Ernie is strong and his friends and family are by his side. But, there are many costs which will need to be paid including transportation and housing for the family while he is there.
