Ernest J. Walker, Jr. Memorial

Ernest J. Walker Jr. of Baltimore, MD, beloved father, grandfather, and uncle, passed away on October 25, 2017.  Born on April 29, 1950, he was the devoted husband of 44 years to the late Cynthia Walker, father to 4 children (Keith, Charles [Jason], Keysha, and Ernie), 5 grandchildren (Tamara, Kayla, Jasmine, Ivan, and Joshua).  Mr. Walker was a union carpenter for Whiting Turner Construction Company for more than 30 years, helping to build the Ft. McHenry Tunnel in the early 1980s.

A humble man, Ernest was a constant force for his family, never hestitating to encourage, support, and love everyone.  His jolly laugh, sweet smile, and unconditional warmth will be sorely missed.

For individuals wishing to honor the life of Ernest J. Walker, Jr., we are asking individuals help us cover funeral expenses for our father.  All monies raised here will be directed towards all funeral expenses, including the burial and headstone, as well as medical expenses.  Any additional contributions above and beyond these costs, where possible, will be donated to charity.
