Audi’s New Insulin Pump

As many of you know, Audi was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2015. Just over a year later we got an insulin pump to help get better control of her blood sugars and it has worked well for us over the last two years. 

Since we recieved this pump,  there have been a lot of advances in insulin pump thereapy that Audi could greatly benefit from. The newer versions of the pumps are waterproof, work in sync with a continuous glucose monitor to give insulin and require fewer finger pricks to check blood sugars.

I am not generally someone who asks for help but I would love to get her this new pump system before she returns back to head start in a couple months. This would make her care at school much easier for the team of teachers and myself.
