Erin "POP" de Vera

Erin "POP" deVera needs our help!!! Many of you know him and his fiance Catherine Villalon. On Friday August 11, he was diagnosed with Diffise Fibrillary Astrocytoma Stage 2, a tumor in his brain.  Erin will begin a long road with radiation and chemotherapy sessions. He is a loving father of 2, Elijah,12 and Isabella,5. Erin is a Hogan High School Graduate, Class of 2006.  He played basketball and met his fiance Catherine there. I met Erin through Starbucks, he was a 7 year partner at the Lincoln and Benicia store in Vallejo.  He always has a smile on his face and such a great attitude with life . He recently graduated nursing school and has been working at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez. The family attends The Father's House in Vacaville and  have a very close relationship with God.  Catherine was also a graduate of Hogan High School Class of 2007 and wrestled for their team. She has been coaching the girls wrestling team at American Canyon High School for the past 5 years.  She also works for Starbuck's in Benicia, and I have had the pleasure of watching her grow for the last 6 years in and out of Starbucks. Erin and Cat are now without the financial means to support their family, so whatever you can give would be a tremendous relief on their situation. Please share this with every barista, wrestler, coach, nurse, and all your friends and family. I know that God will be by his side giving stregnth each day.
