Erika Lundgren's Medical Journey

Erika wasn't feeling like herself last Monday so she went to see her doctor and got some blood work done. On Wednesday, her doctor called and told her she needed to go to the hospital that day. Her trip to the hospital turned into something no one would have ever expected. Erika was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She is currently in the process of receiving chemotherapy for the next several weeks at MUSC. Her family and friends have been nothing but supportive, loving—and most importantly—positive during this time. 

Those who know Erika and her relentless energy, creativity, and spirit—know how incredibly strong this woman is. She is going to fight this with her tap shoes on, her hands in the air, and her contagious laugh! With prayer, power, love, and positive energy from friends and family, we can fight with her together.

This is going to be a long journey with a lot of medical expenses, loss of work, and recovery time. Let's let Erika focus all of her energy into fighting this battle while we help financially—any bit helps.
