Erik Trudo's medical recovery help

Coming home from work on August 30th, I collided with
a truck  while riding my motorcycle. Needless to say, I have racked up a decent amount of medical bills and still on a long journey till I can resume work.

If anyone can donate anything, it is very much appreciated. If you knew me as a person, I'd never ask for help, but I am reaching out for assistance on this one friends.
