Dear Family and Friends,
After a few years of feeling "under the weather" and months of procedures and tests, our dear Eric was formally diagnosed with liver cancer on February 2, 2015.
We originally started this fund in hopes of paying off some of the medical debt we incurred from all of the procedures and tests prior to Eric's diagnosis.
We have been able to pay some of these bills but the majority of the funds raised have gone to helping us survive (pay rent, buy groceries/gas/household goods).
At this time, Eric is unable to work and I am only available to work part time as my priority has been to care for Eric and drive him to his appointments. The rest of the time we spend raising our kids and trying our best to maintain our sanity and a positive attitude.
So that's where we are now... still very much in need of any help we can get. Go Fund Me has been a great tool to help us fundraise but we are also accepting donations via PayPal and Chase Quick Pay. Please send donations to [email redacted]. With the latter 2 options, we are able to receive the full amount of your gift as opposed to about 90% of the funds after Go Fund Me takes their cut.
No donation is too small. If you can't afford to contribute financially, we will gladly take all the prayers , good vibes and positive thoughts we can get. :)
