Hello Family and Friends,
On February 25th 2014, Eric Williams was diagnosed with an inoperable stage four brain tumor. His journey will start with aggressive radiation and chemotherapy treatments.
Eric lives with his wife Tracie and their disabled son Joshua who requires 24/7 care. Eric diagnosis prevents him from driving and working. At the end of March, the Williams family lost their steady income and now has to survive on disablilty insurance which provides only 60% of their normal income. His wife Tracie had to stop working to take care of their son, and to be with Eric during these aggressive treatments. We can all appreciate that this kind of treatment will be exorbitant with co-pays, travel costs, and many other expenses that conventional insurance just will not cover.
On April 21st, "Patriots Day" Jen Levine, the Residential Sales Coordinator for Victory, will run the 26.2 mile Boston Marathon to help raise funds for Eric and his family. Our goal is to raise as much money as her 26.2 miles run. Jen has worked with Eric for over 15 years, and when she learned of Eric's diagnosis she wanted to apply her love for running to this great cause in helping Eric's fight against cancer.
