Eric Meyette

My daughter, Kristina married Eric Meyette September 2018.  They purchased a home in February 2019.  In April 2019 Eric was diagnosed with 3rd stage cancer.  He has gone through chemo successfully.  He started radiation and that did not go well.  He is having surgery 12/11/19 and will need 2-3 months recovery.  Right when he was diagnosed my daughter became pregnant.  She is due in February.  She already has 2 beautiful boys ages 6 & 7.  Eric has not been able to work since April 2019 and my daughter has been supporting the family and household.  Unfortunately, because of all of the doctor appointments and medication copays they are struggling to make ends meet.    They are in desperate need of money for food and money for daily essentials.  Christmas for her boys will be very lean.  If anyone would like to help in way of gift cards for grocery stores or even gas cards to get to his appointments, it would be very much appreciated.  You can donate here or PM me for their address.  Thank you to everyone who can spare anything to help this young family. 

Thanks to the generosity of many NYS employees, Eric has been able to maintain his health insurance through time donations.  We sincerely thank everyone who donated their personal leave time as that has made it possible to have the life saving surgery that he needs covered by insurance.
