Dear Friends,
I am raising money for my dear friend, Cindy Kravitz and her 5 children.
Imagine this: One day, you have a picture perfect life. You have a beautiful home in the suburbs, 5 healthy kids, and supportive friends. Then suddenly, life as you know it is turned upside down. You are forced to move out of your home, you go from a comfortable lifestyle that most of us take for granted, to wondering if you will have a roof over your head.
Due to no fault of their own, Cindy and her children have been dealing with this uncertainty for two years.
Cindy is a full-time preschool teacher at Rockwern Academy and is one of the hardest working people I have ever known. I know how much it costs to feed a family of four. Can you imagine how much it costs to feed a family of six? Think about back to school shopping for 5 growing kids!! It really is overwhelming.
The home in which Cindy is currently living, is going up for auction on October 23, 2014 so time is of the essence. Ideally, we will be able to help Cindy find a safe, very affordable home for her and the kids before then. In the meantime, let's help her out.
