<div>Depending on the area, I am hearing the cost of a bag of flour is between 350-800 USD! It depends on the seller. Every single one of our families is trying to source food. The dream is a bag of flour. Because of the forced scarcity and complete blockade on goods, bags are not being split into smaller portions for sale anymore. It's a whole bag for extraordinary prices or nothing. Vegetables are rarely available. Even canned foods are becoming so scarce and are being sold at wild prices. My goal is to provide each family with at least $400 USD ASAP so that they can purchase flour that will last a while and can share with the people around them. Keep going, share the heck our of this campaign and donate as much as you can as often as you can. I appreciate every last one of your efforts!

<div>I am focused on 7 families right now. Since the situation has evolved over the past year and a half, I have come to know and love these families like my own. I have direct banking info for them all and will get donations to them this way. This fundraiser is meant to act as a pool for them, so that when they need funds (and all of them are in urgent need) they can get them quickly. It saves time and energy for all of us to work this way.

<div>Like many of you, my dm's are absolutely overflowing with folks pleading for help, and as individuals we can only do so much for so many people, despite the desire to assist everyone. I am currently receiving approximately 20 messages a day from people asking for help!

<div>The purpose of this campaign is to coalesce fundraising efforts for folks in Ghuzzah and manage the overwhelm of literally millions of people having to advocate for themselves under such dire circumstances. It is solely to take some pressure off of them and most importantly, to help them access basic needs as prices for healthy food and medicine have skyrocketed, and raise evacuation funds.
