One Mother's Fight

This project is a new cause that was founded based on a personal story of my son, Timothy Strong , who was at the steps of injustice in the court systems.   Our goal is to raise monies to assist with legal post-conviction representation.  We have began the journey of bringing more awareness to the ineffective counseling in our court system, mass sentencing and providing resources on how to protect peoples 6th amendment.  This cause with any funding acquired will be used to assist my son, Timothy, who was ineffectively represented in the court system.

The goal is to provide my son with the assistance in researching, acquiring necessary documentation, contacting and getting assistance from organizations that could possibly help in providing stronger defense in the fight for fairness and effective representation.  Goals: reach out to paralegal to assist with research, assist those identified with attorney fees, create a resource website, assist with fees for court records and other expenses tied to achieving our goal. Ninety percent of cases in the U.S. are closed out as a result of plea deals made among the defense and prosecuting attorneys.  Most attorneys do not dig into the archives of law books to research cases anymore. 

We want to fight for a stronger support system when facing the judicial system. Help me fight for fairness and appropriate representation during the appeal process for my son who was snowballed in the court system, due to unfair representation in the courts.
