Connors fight

4 weeks ago my cousin Brooklyn got the most devasting news that any parent would ever want to hear.  Her sweet little 5 month old baby boy Connor was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. As if that wasn't devasting enough, last week the results came back as a very rare form called Rhabdomyosarcoma. This cancer is very fast spreading (it already spread to his lungs, liver, leg, arm, and the biggest tumor is on his spine causing him pain)  The Prognosis isnt good, as eventually the chemo will just stop working.

Brooklyn also has a three year old daughter and Connors twin sister at home. She drives back and forth from the stollery hospital to Leduc sometimes twice a day, or sometimes she is only able to face time them from the hospital. If we can help with fuel costs as well as food costs that would be a great start!

If Conner does get well enough to stay home between chemo treatments she would have to pay for certain medications that are not covered as well weekly (sometimes twice a week) visits back to the hospital. Although we dont know if he will be well enough to go home, that we can only hope.

The doctors are unsure as to what will happen with Connor or how long he will be with us. If we can ease the financial burden for this family (fuel, food, rent, medications) as work is not an option for them. Connor is their number one priority and if we can help it stay that way, they would be forever greatful.
